These dark berry fruit characters follow through onto the palate, with additional gently spicy notes. Tannins are round and firm and lead to a complex, multi-faceted finish.

The Grupo Bodegas Olarra started out in 1973 with the construction of a wine cellar for making great Rioja wines on the outskirts of Logroño. Their ethos is to utilise modern techniques, with a traditional culture. The group now comprises of three bodegas (Olarra, Ondarre & Bodegas y Viñedos Casa del Valle) spread across 1200 hectares.
