This classic Provence rosé made using a blend of 60% Cinsault and 40% Grenache.

The grapes are hand harvested, undergo a cold soak to extract flavour but not colour and are then gently pressed prior to fermentation.

The result - a light, fresh and elegant rosé perfect for light seafood dishes.
