An XO cognac from Maxime Trijol, made using grapes solely from the Grande Champagne region.

The family began distilling in 1859 have had successive generations become involved in the business, taking it from strength to strength over the centuries. The current head of the company and master distiller, Jean-Jacques Trijol, is an artist, wielding his skillful palate through the process of distillation and blending, adapting — sometimes minutely — the spirit he collects from each still and varying his technique slightly depending on the harvest and the wine.
