This wine comes from the recently planted vineyard, Nuovo Quadro, in the Gavi region of North West Italy. Produced from the local Cortese grape, this is a fresh, delicately aromatic style of dry white with pear and citrus fruit characters balanced by crisp acidity and gently nutty flavours on the finish. Serve this wine well chilled as an aperitif or with seafood and fish dishes.
