From the Gela area in the east of the beautiful island of Sicily.  A characterful dry wine made from the traditional Fiano grapes.  Crisp, citrusy acidity gives the wine a lovely balance.  Fresh and floral with touches of honey.  Serve chilled as an aperitif or excellent with most seafood dishes.
