All fruit from the Warramate estate is hand picked, fermented in open top vats with hand plunging for gentle extraction of tannins - with 15 months ageing in 100% French oak, 20% of which are new barrels the resulting wine is packed with flavours of ripe plums and sweet liquorice spice. Medium bodied in style and lots of juicy fruit with supple, balanced tannins.
