The Marco Abella family have been producing wines in the Priorat region since the 15th century. Marco Abella owns seven plots located on seven different mountains in the village of Porrera, Priorat. These are the highest plots of the Priorat region. The family manage their vineyards with great care and respect for the environment, consistently employing the latest practices in organic farming. They only use indigenous yeasts in the fermentation process and age their wines in cellars located seven meters below ground level.
