Made in the north west of Spain, producers Adegas Pazo do Mar have a deep respect for the ago-old winemaking traditions of the area but also a pioneering spirit to innovate.
Grapes are hand-picked from 30 year old vines. A stainless steel fermentation provides an initial intense freshness. Afterwards the wine is kept in contact with its lees for two months to impart texture and fine complexity.
Sweet-mineral fruit of optimal ripeness and freshness, white flowers, pronounced lemongrass nuances, good balance and a spicy, citrus finish.
