Cabernet Sauvignon

From his early winemaking days, Geoff has always had a soft spot for the elegance that Cabernet Sauvignon delivers when grown on the special Coonawarra soils. Based on the synergy that blending grapes from two regions can bring, he has created a wine with fine structure and character from start to finish. Dominant black fruit flavours with hints of chocolate all beautifully balanced with integrated oak. 

Geoff cellars his Reserve wines for a minimum of 5 years before release. All that time in bottle allows flavours to harmonise and complexity to deepen further. The result is a truly outstanding wine. Thanks Geoff!
