Since 1882, five generations of the fathers and sons of the Ferraud family have been maturing their wines from Beaujolais in century-old large oak casks. Today the most modern oenological techniques ensure the safety of bottling while preserving the quality of wines. Ferraud have kept the traditional methods of maturing in wooden tuns for more than a hundred years.
