The vineyards that produce this beautiful Chablis, are some 15 hectares in size. The altitude varies between 150 to 250 m. on soft slopes rich in Kimmeridgien clay. Their planting goes back to some 40 years ago with some as young as 5 years old. Age, rootstock and sub-soil are the source of the balance and complexity of this Chablis’.
Young, they have a good crisp flavour and express aromas of fresh peach fruit with richness and a mineral taste.
Serve lightly chilled with fish or white meats.
