Domaine de Malandes Petit Chablis 2008
From a vineyard located on table-lands and with soils that are overlying Portlandien limestone, the wine has floral aromas and a lively taste, a very enjoyable wine! On the nose there are aromas of linden, fennel and citronella and on the mouth the wine conveys all these impressions with great regularity, freshness and vividness. It is perfect as an “aperitif” and goes very well with oysters, mussels, or a nice smoked meat or fish “pâté”.
